We offer a variety of CPR classes, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Heartsaver CPR, and Pediatric CPR. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of individuals and businesses of all sizes.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Learn how to provide high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, including the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is ideal for healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and paramedics.

ADULT FIRST AID /CPR/AED

Learn the basic techniques of CPR, how to use an AED, and how to provide first aid for choking. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to an emergency, including parents, teachers, and fitness professionals.

Stop the Bleed Save A Life!

Stop the Bleed course, you'll learn three quick techniques to help save a life before someone bleeds out: (1) How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound; (2) How to pack a wound to control bleeding; (3) How to correctly apply a tourniquet 

Adult & Pediatric first Aid/CPR/AED

CPR should be used when you see someone who is unresponsive and is not breathing or only gasping. Having more bystanders trained in this simple skill can help save lives by putting more cardiac arrest victims within a few steps of lifesaving assistance.  

  • CPR with full Rescue Breaths -While Hands-only CPR can be lifesaving, learning full CPR is still very important. Getting trained in full CPR – combinations of chest compressions and rescue breaths.

BABY SITTING TRAINING WITH PEDIATRIC FIRST AID /CPR/AED AGES 8-18 YRS

BABY SITTING TRAINING WITH PEDIATRIC FIRST AID /CPR/AED AGES 8-18 YRS

 Designed primarily for youth ages 8 and older, this course will prepare students to be better babysitters. Topics include how to provide care for infants and children; how to stay safe; what to do in an emergency; how to choose age-appropriate activities; and how to recognize and handle a variety of behaviors. Students will also learn the basics of starting a babysitting business. 

Pediatric First Aid /CPR/AED Training. The course consists of six interactive modules featuring video, activities, games, and tools babysitters can use to build their knowledge and skills and manage their babysitting business. 

This course, which includes a final exam at the end, takes about 4 hours to complete. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a printable certificate.

 Do you know how to help someone you suspect has overdosed on opioids? This interactive 45-minute course will provide you with the knowledge and confidence you need to respond to a known or suspected opioid overdose emergency.

In this course, you will learn:

  • To recognize the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose.
  • The appropriate care to provide is based on the person's breathing and level of responsiveness.
  • How to give naloxone using several assorted products -- a nasal atomizer, Narcan ® Nasal Spray and EVZIO ® -- to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.

Whether you're adding this course to supplement other first aid training or are taking it as your first exposure to first aid training – you will gain the knowledge you need to respond to an opioid overdose emergency.
